How this works?

As a Music Performer, after filling our FORM and being selected, you’ll be part of our talented roster, ready to take the stage at next exciting events.

You’ll kick off your journey at the “BLUES” (Entry Level), earning a fixed rate of $80 per hour (plus round-trip mobility to the event). Here we will get to know you not only musical but as a professional and build a trust-bridge. As you prove your consistency, ethic, values, and interest, we’ll be excited to see you progress to higher levels with increased pay. After completing just two successful shows, you’ll level up to “GREENS” (Mid Level) and see your pay rise to $100 per hour (plus round-trip mobility to the event), you are officially a great performer and where the sweet point of our company is!

However, if you came for more, we craft another optional level for you. This is only for artists who want to be soloists and work in their social media presence. Based on your top music abilities, professionalism regarding values & leadership, and social media presence you’ll have the chance to reach the “AMBRAS” (Top Level), where your pay can go up to $120 per hour or more. Here it is not fixed, we will treat you as an associate, if we have a good deal it means that we both had a good deal!

  • The BLUES (Entry Level) rate of $80/h is part of our process to build trust and understand your musical abilities. It’s the starting point for you to showcase your talent, professionalism, and growth. After completing two successful shows, you'll level up to GREENS, with a higher pay rate.

  • You’ll automatically move from BLUES to GREENS after completing two successful shows. During this time, we’ll assess your performance, professionalism, and ability to connect with audiences, ensuring that you’re ready for the next stage. Once you’ve proven yourself, your pay will increase to $100/h.

  • Musically, we look for proficiency in your instrument, technical skills, the ability to read music on sight, and ensemble collaboration. Professionally, we value excellent communication, punctuality, time response, adaptability, and the ability to manage stress under pressure. Your appearance should be polished, and we expect consistent engagement online with our communication channels. If you meet these expectations in two events, you'll move from BLUES to GREENS.

    At this point we DON’T require you to have a great social media, neither play incredible solos.

  • As you continue to grow and impress with your skills and professionalism, you'll be eligible to move to AMBRAS (Top Level). At this stage, you’ll earn $120/h or more, reflecting your expertise on being excellent in the variables showed before (upper page) and having a solid fan base of +3k follower on Instagram so we can start selling you as a complete artist.

  • Our progression system is based on consistent performance, and while there may be exceptions, you’ll typically start at BLUES. This ensures that we have time to observe your growth as a performer. However, once you’ve proven yourself, you’ll be given opportunities to move up quickly.

  • Being part of our roster means you have the opportunity to be booked for events and performances regularly. As you advance through the levels, your exposure, pay, and professional opportunities will grow. We’re committed to helping you succeed and providing a platform for your talent to shine.

  • Simply apply through the Music Performer Application page (here). Once you submit your information and pass the initial review, we’ll invite you to join our roster. If you’re accepted, we’ll work with you to schedule your first performance and get you started at the BLUES level.

  • Not necessarily! We'll reach out to you whenever there's a musician requirement that matches your skills and profile. You'll be paid for each event you perform at, and we'll keep you ready for the next opportunity as they arise. Your next event could be just around the corner!
