Terms and Conditions

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of $200 is required prior to equipment pick-up. This deposit will be fully returned upon the timely return of all gear in optimal condition. In the event of damage, loss, or misuse, the deposit will be partially or fully retained to cover repair or replacement costs.

1. Deposit Waiver After 3rd Rental:
   After three successful rentals without incident, clients will no longer be required to provide a security deposit. However, clients agree that in the case of theft or damage, their personal information may be shared with authorities for investigation purposes.

2. Pick-Up and Return Policy:
   Clients are responsible for picking up and returning the equipment within the agreed rental time frame. Late returns will incur a fee of $30 per additional hour.

3. Condition of Equipment:
   All gear must be returned in the same condition in which it was provided. Any missing or damaged items will be subject to additional charges.

Terms & Conditions

Staffed Operation
All Pro Package rentals include an AMBRA technician who will operate the equipment and ensure its safety throughout the event. We do not rent this package without an AMBRA team member present.

1. Transportation Fees
   Transportation costs (Uber round trip) for our staff and equipment are not included in the package price and will be billed separately.

2. Rental Duration & Overtime
   The Pro Package includes up to 2 hours of service. If the rental exceeds this time, an overtime fee of $40 per additional hour will apply.

3. Equipment Handling
   Our technician will remain on-site to manage the gear and ensure it is used properly. All equipment must be returned in its original condition. Any damages or misuse will be subject to additional fees.
